On the official Leica website there are no technical data about the two Leica battery chargers for the Q3 and Q3 43. I found on the website of B&H the information:

Strangely I do not find the battery output voltage of the Leica BC-SCL6 at all.
The Chinese double battery charger I bought at Aliexpress for around 24 USD (name: HQiX) has an output voltage of 8.4 V at 700 mA.
The HQiX has two different USB ports. One USB-C and one Micro USB. I cannot say yet anything about the charging speed. It just arrived today. On the positive side of this cheap dual battery charger is the charging display. On the negative side is that it is bigger than I thought. But it is very flat for stowing away.
